Chef de cuisine

The UMA restaurant is pleased to present its new Chef de Cuisine, Aurelie Kluyskens.
Rich of her experience in multiple starred Restaurants in Belgium and in the World (Zilte***, Le Chalet de la Forêt**, Alain Ducasse***, Burj Al Arab), Aurelie will make you benefit from her experience and her knowledge to make your taste buds travel. Her interpretation of Nikkei flavours is audacious, intuitive and full of surprises.
